1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StarFrame Animation Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

StarFrame Animation Studio provides professional animation services including but not limited to:

• 2D and 3D character animation
• Motion graphics and visual effects
• Logo animations and brand videos
• Educational and promotional content
• Custom animation projects

3. Project Terms

3.1 Commission Process

All projects begin with a consultation to discuss requirements, timeline, and budget. A detailed proposal will be provided before work commences.

3.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before project initiation
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment terms may vary for larger projects
• Late payments may incur additional charges

3.3 Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately as per our standard rates.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of any content, materials, or intellectual property you provide to us for your project.

4.2 Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will receive full commercial rights to the final animation deliverables created specifically for your project.

4.3 Portfolio Usage

StarFrame Animation Studio reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide necessary materials and content in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

6. Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback or material provision may extend the delivery timeline. We will communicate any potential delays promptly.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice
• Completed work up to the cancellation point will be billed
• Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
• Refund policies are detailed in our separate Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

StarFrame Animation Studio's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your projects and will not disclose sensitive information without your written consent. We may require a separate NDA for highly confidential projects.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Varanasi, India.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate services immediately if:

• Payment terms are not met
• Client violates these terms
• Requested work violates our ethical standards
• Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive
